After graduating from Indiana State University, athletic training major, have been working at the several setting in the USA and Japan including high school, university, clinics, company and so on. Keeping the prevention of injuries in my mind, I have and still keep working for my clients with sports medicine knowledge and experiences.

BOC Certified Athletic Trainer(ATC)

National Athletic Trainers Association is the only organization established for athletic injury prevention. A Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) performs not only applying  streching, sports taping, and training drills for the specific goals but also plays a main role among sports medicine team.

Performance improvement Professional
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS)

National Strength and Conditioning Association is the largest world wide organization in the USA. It has been established to support athletic performance improvement with scientific evidence based training. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) supports athletes from various perspectives including appropriate form, adequate quantities, timing, resting, nutrition and so forth.

Osteopathy Kocho method

Osteopathy is born in the USA. Osteopathy Kocho method is born in Japan which apply less than 5g to mobilize joints. Kocho method was produced by late Osteopath Mr. Saito and carried on to Osteopath Mr. Teruyoshi Suga. With gentle 5g touch,  joints of whole body are moved and targetted ligaments are relaxed, so the improvement of the body condition is produced.

What I Can Do


Athletc Training
Athletic Training has been performed originally as an athletic rehabilitation for recovery of injured athletes. Certified athletic trainer works for the recovery from injuries, re-injury prevention, and prevention of any other injuries from the professional point of view. Moreover,  certified athletic trainer works together with people who would like to improve their body condition by themselves, approaching them in total.
Re-conditioning Training
Once recovering from the injury, keeping the re-conditioning training attepmpts prevention of re-injury. I am happy to work with people who would not like to get injured and to learn more effective movements of body in order to enjoy sports.
Improvement of Athletic Performance
With the prevention of injuries, I apply various exercises based on performance condition of each athlete. Exercises include improvements of strength, muscle power output, and functional movements.
Osteopathy
Kocho method
Less than 5g of soft pressure is applied to recover the free motions of each joints and attempts to introduce loosening the ligamentous tightness, then physical condition is improved. This osteopathy Kocho methodo is performed without any forceful and cracking movements to the joints. It would be the choice for people who would like to be approached to total body condition improvements such as low back pains, ankle sprains and any other physical and health conditions.

I have been supporting athletes in USA and Japan so I am able to work with people who speaks English and needs any help for injury prevention and performance improvement.
